After the test we went to our last accommodation. Here we had one more night to relax a bit and prepare for departure &#8211; some laundry and such. Hamza led us again through the neighborhood and to the shore of Lake Victoria. Again he had a lot to tell and Mel took the opportunity to buy cigarettes (3500 Ugandan Shillings per pack &#8230; about 80 cents). The next day we went to the airport and there we had to say goodbye &#8211; the men seemed to find this especially difficult. Hamza had to say goodbye to his &#8220;Silverback&#8221; and Andreas to his &#8220;Brother from another mother&#8221;. Check-in and co. were a bit chaotic and the staff at the airport seemed a bit incompetent &#8211; everybody told something different.
